At Heshengda, we are committed to delivering the highest quality products and services to our customers. 

With more than 100 employees including 15 senior technicians, we have annual production capacity of 15,000 tons. The current main product types include fire hydrants, valve, pump casings, water pipe fitting, various intelligent access covers and accessories for airports, power plants, railways, highways and municipal engineering, as well as structural parts for mining and agricultural machinery.

We have a complete range of casting, processing, inspection and testing equipment.

The mechanical processing workshop is equipped with 6 machining centres, 4 large gantry milling machines, more than 60 metal cutting equipment such as various milling machines, drilling machines, CNC machine tools, and vertical machining centres. It has a variety of processing methods and can undertake everything from casting blanks to finished products.

By introducing a German SPECTRO MAXX spectrometer, a furnace fast analyser, a metallographic microscope, hardness and tensile elongation tests and 1,200 KN manhole cover pressure testing machine.  All our products can be assured up to the relevant standards and regulations.
